    Egg Donor Program Director

    Job Description:

    This is a very exciting and unique opportunity to develop our Corporate Egg Donor Program from the ground up and oversee its strategic growth!  The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset to build an egg donor business from scratch and manage its operations.


    • Identify, analyze, and evaluate new egg donor opportunities and strategies to achieve revenue and business objectives
    • Lead collaboration with internal departments on the evaluation and analysis of new business opportunities and strategic initiatives
    • Develop, implement, and manage policies and procedures covering the lifecycle of a donor (e.g., recruitment, qualification, retirement, and updates)
    • Seek, develop and maintain productive partnerships with physicians, fertility centers, leading universities, etc. to generate revenue
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve Program’s goals; direct sales activities accordingly 
    • Create and execute marketing and communication plans to pursue new business opportunities, including creating timeline, developing list of contacts, making initial contact, developing and delivering presentation, and following-up
    • Develop and negotiate deal points and contracts in conjunction with attorneys
    • Prepare and manage Egg Donor Program annual budget and P&L Statement
    • Provide monthly analyses of egg donor business, including reporting revenue, identifying changes/trends, flagging issues, and recommending appropriate follow-up
    • Perform external outreach and marketing efforts, including in-services
    • Maintain Program’s compliance with Company Standard Operating Procedures and industry regulations
    • Compile, analyze and present competitive and client data, both consumer and trade
    • Communicate complex business issues in a clear and concise manner both verbally and via written presentations
    • Represent CCB at fertility conferences and trade shows
    • Other duties and projects as required


    • B.A. or B.S. from a top-tier school
    • 6-8 years minimum related experience and/or training, including preparing and managing budgets
    • Experience in the donor egg/egg banking industry preferred
    • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and to lead cross-functionally
    • Strong analytical skills with experience analyzing and interpreting moderately complex data
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills both within the organization and in a client-facing capacity
    • Strong customer service and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain confidentiality
    • Ability to travel as required
