We had planned for her to be here.. lol but looks like I will being doing this first attempt alone. I almost feel stressed to the point of a stomach ache. Hope I do not mess up!! Please think good thoughts for me :) Thanks!!!! Ps... at home insem

Hope you can make the experience feel at least a little romantic even so. Sounds like you're gonna do just fine with the, um, mechanics, given that you're already preparing. Will keep my fingers crossed for you, though!

This is my second try and my IUI was much more painful this time. If this time doesn't take I move on to injectables. Even after a pos. test I feel like I can't relax. (I had an ectopic preg before.) So after the two week wait comes the ten week wait. Argh! Good Luck!!!!

Hope you both get positives ! I did insems 7/26 and 7/27 at my RE's office and tested positive 8/6.(may I suggest clear blue easy home tests) I took about 3-4 tests too early, just to stress myself out a little more I guess . I am due 4/19 and it's a boy ! Best Wishes, Lisa

Have tested at least 3 times per day. I promised myself today (as I was purchasing another clear blue test)this is the last one! I am going to wait until the 10th to test. My partner is not going to be very happy when she see's the credit card bill.. lol. oops I will post on the 10th with the results. Thanks for the kind wishes and please keep me and somethingnew in your thoughts!!

I inseminated on 1/4/07, and have had two negative tests, but I'm not buying any more until the 16th. My period should start on the 16th, but was going to wait until the 18th to test. The negative tests sure bring you down. Dawnk

I actually had read somewhere on another site that "dollar tree" the store where everything is a dollar had hpt's and opk's. LOL. AND they read at 20% hcg! What I was told from my dr today was "knock it off"!! :) Dr said that until I have a missed period although most tests say 98% accurate that everyones body is diff and someone do not even show pos until 4 weeks preg. My period is sch to start on the 14th (sun). I have had a few on here tell me not to test to early due to the disspointment. Wish I had listened. I really do.
