looking for iui stories. how many attempts are you on ? how many attempts did it take to get pregnant and your age - thanks

FWIW- It took me 3 attempts to carry a pregnancy to term, though I did get pregnant on attempt #2 as well. I miscarried at 8 1/2 weeks, but went on to get preg again on attempt #3. Just had a healthy preemie two weeks ago though who is the love of my life... I am 39, this is my first baby, and I did not use meds. Best of luck to you!

I am 31 yrs old, got pregnant on my first IUI . I am almost 30 weeks pregnant and I didn't use any any meds. I used donor 5741 from CCB. This will be my third little boy (Andrew) I also spontaneously conceived(not IUI, the old fashioned way) twin boys ( Matthew and Ryan) when I was 29 They were born prematurely and sadly they both passed away. This is really my 3rd try and still waiting for? The news either way, I guess I have not been so lucky cause I am on clomid.

This is my first try with IUI - I tried clomid alone for 3 months and ended up with enlarged ovarion cysts - with the IUI I have been giving myself injections in which they have been monitored by blood work and ultrasounds - then I gave myself another different shot when I had my last bllod work - 2 days later I came in for the IUI. It was painless, and easy. I have not had any pain afterwards - i prefer it over a papsimere.. that is how easy it was for me... Please keep me posted with your stories.. I don't know anyone who is going through this as all my friends get pregnant when their husband's breath on them - I wish it was that easy for me.
