Its to hard to tell you how many vials to purchase. For our first pregnancy we purchased 11 vials and used 8 vials to get pregnant with her. We had three vials left that we thought we wouldnt even really need them all, and when we started trying again 2 vials were no good, so we had to purchase more, and we are up to 8 vials now. We only have one vial left for a full sibling, and we never thought this would be an issue. I would say buy as many as you can and when you get pregnant try and purchase a few more while being prengant if you already know that you want 2 children. My partner and I originally thought that we would only have one child but things change. I wish I would have purchased more now @.@ I hope this helps. Crystal
