Has this happen to anyone else

Did anyone have dreams after becoming pregnant with donor sperm that you may have gotten the wrong vial. This has happened to me and I am a little not really worried but just curious if anyone has experienced this and how did you get over the thought of it actually happening. Has CCB ever had reports of it?

My RE asked me to provide the donor number, which he matched to the number on the vial, and also showed me the vial so I could check, before doing the IUI. Your doctor should be willing to do the same.

Not much you personally can do to prevent a mislabeling on the CCB end - I'm sure they have controls in place, but nothing is 100%.
