| Acrobat And Profile Download Instructions |

Following these instructions will move you to different pages and sites. You will need a hardcopy to refer to.
How to download Adobe Acrobat:
- Click on "Get Acrobat Reader"
- Scroll down to the section labled" Get The Free Acrobat Reader"
- Step 1
- Select the Language you prefer
- Select the platform (type of computer or operating system) you are using
- The location nearest you
- Step 2
- Check the area you are most interested in
- Fill in you e-mail address
- Step 3
- Review the size and version
- Click on the download button
- You will be transferred to a new page where a "Save as" window will pop up
- In the save as window there is a Save in: followed by a drop box.
- Click on the drop box, scroll to the top of and choose Desktop
- Click on the save button. The download will take 27 minutes at 28.8kbps.
