ORDER DONOR INFORMATION

To find a donor profile, audio tape, baby photo, Keirsey Temperament Sorter report, Staff Impressions Report, Donor Essay, Facial Feature Report, or order a Donor Matching Consultation select your donor(s).

Please call Client Services at 800-977-3761 x1141 if you have any questions about ordering donor information. Donor information purchased online, except donor matching, can be accessed online and is not mailed to you.

California Cryobank offers a wide variety of information to help clients select a donor including:

Donor Catalog
The donor catalog provides basic information and characteristics for each donor. It is available as a monthly printed list or online on our website (updated hourly).

Short Profiles
Our short donor profile can be viewed and printed in the privacy of your own homes or you can view and print an unlimited number of the profiles at your convenience.

Long Profiles
Our long donor profiles contain the donor's three-generation medical and genetic history. The long profiles can be purchased online by using your credit card and client account number. We strongly encourage reviewing the long profile before making your final donor choice.

Audio Interviews
We also have audio interviews for many of our donors. These audio interviews will benefit clients who want to hear the donor's voice or hear how the donor responds to specific questions. Some may want to save the audio interview for their child to hear at some time in the future. The audio interviews can be ordered online (an audio file can be immediately downloaded), or by phone (a CD is mailed to you).

Baby Photos
California Cryobank now offers baby photos for many of our donors. The baby photos are 5 x 7 prints of the donors between the ages of 6 months and 4 years. Please note that the quality of the baby photos varies depending on the original photo that the donor has supplied. Some baby photos are in color and some are black and white. Baby photos are also available on our website for purchase and immediate download.

Handwriting Analysis (Graphology)
California Cryobank introduces our newest arrival: Donor Handwriting Analysis. Handwriting Analysis, or Graphology, is a new and exciting tool that can provide an added level of depth to our existing donor information. Based in psychology, Graphology offers a unique perspective into an individual’s emotional development, maturity, and core values.

Keirsey Temperament Sorter
California Cryobank clients can now purchase donor results on the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, a widely used personality test. Clients will receive a 10-page report, which can be used to assist with donor selection. Results of The Keirsey Temperament Sorter are available for selected CCB donors.

Staff Impressions Reports
In response to client requests, California Cryobank now provides Staff Impressions Reports written by California Cryobank employees who have worked directly with our donors. The reports are available at no charge.

Donor Essays
Donor Essays are now are available for most CCB donors. The essays are presented in a question and answer format. Donor Essays vary in length and are available at no charge to clients.

Facial Features Reports
California Cryobank now offers Facial Features Reports for our donors. Our Facial Features Reports include illustrated examples of facial features in 10 key areas. For each area, our Donor Matching Counselor indicates which facial features apply to that particular donor.

Donor Matching Consultations
California Cryobank has full-time donor matching counselors to help with the selection process. This optional program involves matching a photograph of the client, husband, family member or other individual to donor photographs.
