How do I purchase donor information?
Once at the power search page, select all the attributes you would like in a donor and click find.
A list of all matching donors will be displayed
Click in the Donor ID to view a detailed description of the donor. From here you can go BACK to the search results page, do a NEW SEARCH or ORDER the PROFILE.

Do I need an account to purchase
donor information?
No account is needed for profile purchases, but you will need an account to purchase specimens. To open an account you need to fill out an agreement, which is available on this web-site.

How do I review old purchases of
donor information?
Click on the Account Login button. Enter your login and password.
Click on submit. A list of all previous purchases will be displayed.

If I forgot my password, how can I review my previous purchases?
Click on the Account Login button. There you will find a link to get your login/password via email.

At what point can I cancel my order?
At any point before you enter your credit card information. The application processes the card automatically and gives you the profiles you ordered.

How do I remove products from my cart?
From the VIEW CART page click on the remove button.
A page displays the cart contents and a remove button next to each Donor ID
Click on the relevant remove button.

Is using my credit card online safe?
California Cryobank, Inc. uses the most advanced encryption technology available. Our server uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer encryption and a certificate approved by IC Verify.

Can I get tech support over the phone?
Unfortunately we do not have staff for phone support. You can always send us and e-mail to askccb@cryobank.com and we will try to help you. If you have questions about how to install and use Adobe¹s Acrobat Reader, visit their web-site at www.adobe.com or talk to your Internet Service Provider.

How do I get the donor information
that I purchased?
You will get your profiles one of three ways:
a. by viewing them through your browser if you have acrobat extensions
b. by downloading them and opening them in Adobe Acrobat
c. You can also call us at (800) 231 3373 x7100 to order them by phone. Please check the fee for the
donor information vial mail here.

What is Adobe Reader?
Adobe Reader is a viewing utility for both MAC and PC. Click here to download it.

Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will include a list of profiles purchased, the amount charged to your credit card and an order number.

How long does it take to download?
Each profile is approximately 600k. Download time: approximately 5.5 minutes at 28.8k download time: approximately 4.2 minutes at 33.6k download time: approximately 2 minutes at 56k.

What does "auto fill" mean?
If you purchased from us before, the system will remember you. Enter your login and password and all the fields will automatically be filled in.

I've downloaded a long profile but can't find it. What do I do?
Check you confirmation email and search your harddrive(s).
Go to Start Menu then Find then Folders and Files.
Type in the profile name and click Find Now.
When the profile appears in the box double click on it.
