The American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) is a non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining high standards of excellence in the tissue banking industry.
FDA Compliance
California Cryobank maintains compliance with FDA for applicable FDA registered tissue banking functions. Additionally, California Cryobank uses reference laboratories to perform donor testing which are also registered with FDA (and are CLIA certified).
State departments of health/authority
While most sperm banks are not regulated at the state level (or by the state), California Cryobank maintains state licenses, permits, or registration where applicable.
