Hired to lead CCB's business development team in 2007, named VP of Sales and Marketing in 2009, and asked to head the Donor Department in 2010, Richardson has been instrumental in the company's continued success over the last four years. Under her leadership the company has enjoyed four consecutive years of financial growth, opened new branches in New York and Indianapolis, and become a leading voice in the quest to make sure all young adults diagnosed with cancer have the opportunity to
prior to treatment. As President, Richardson will assume responsibility for CCB's frozen donor sperm, client depositor, and andrology businesses.

Richardson brings extensive management and strategic planning experience to California Cryobank, having served as VP of Corporate Alliances for The Walt Disney Company and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York. Richardson earned her BS from the University of Virginia and her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
