Provided by employers, Carrot features customized plans based on a member’s individual needs, and uses localized experts for a more personalized experience.

How it works
Your employer can confirm that they offer Carrot and provide your plan's specific benefits. Carrot makes it easy to help cover your fertility needs by providing a special Carrot debit card that comes fully loaded with your specific fertility coverage amount. This way, you can use your Carrot debit card to purchase directly from us. No need to worry about submitting claims or waiting for reimbursements.

Search for your ideal donor using our innovative features and comprehensive filters.

Step 3: Call to order your vials

You must call to secure the Maven discounts when you place your order. After you’ve completed your purchase(s), you will have the ability to submit your claim and receipt for reimbursement.

Step 4: Arrange shipment

Step 5: Wait for authorization

If approved, your vials will automatically be added to your storage account, which will display in your account dashboard. If for any reason your Progyny request is not approved, we will reach out to assist with alternative purchase options.

Call us! We are constantly working with fertility partners to ensure we support as many families as we can. If you have fertility benefits with another partner, let us know. We might be working to introduce a new partner and want to make sure you receive as much support as we can offer.
How do I know if I am eligible for fertility benefits?
Can I get a refund for unused and unshipped vials purchased with my fertility benefits?
No, our vial buyback option is not available for any orders using fertility benefits coverage.
Can I use my fertility benefits to purchase vials from the Donor Reserve program?
No, unfortunately fertility benefits cannot be used to purchase vials from the Donor Reserve program.
