We are proud to now offer Cambridge area clients local storage and pick-up of their vials through CCB Coast to Coast. Save hundreds of dollars in shipping costs by simply contacting our Client Services Department at 866-927-9622 to purchase and schedule the transfer of your purchased vials to Cambridge from our Los Angeles headquarters.
Please allow up to 7 business days for local access to your purchased vials. Also note that you will need to schedule a pick-up of your vials after they have arrive in Cambridge by calling 866-927-9622. Due to the delicate nature of cryogenic storage and transport, we will not be able to accomodate unscheduled, walk-in requests.
Purchase Family Today or Family Tomorrow and transfer your vials for free! Otherwise, a one-time $150 transfer fee applies (per order). Vial transfers take up to 7 business days, so please be sure to confirm the day your vials will be available for pick-up with your Client Service Representative. A $50 Tank Rental Fee applies to each pick-up.
If you need your initial vial(s) sooner, we continue to offer FedEx 2-Day and Overnight shipping with 24-hour-tracking and email-notification services.
