When placing specimen orders, clients can opt to receive an e-mail message once their package is shipped. The e-mail includes the package tracking number, which clients can then track using www.fedex.com.
"This new service gives clients minute-by-minute detail about the movement of their package," said Tanya Zarutsky, California Cryobank Manager. "It gives clients peace of mind." CCB clients can check their package status 24-hours-a-day. There is no charge for the FedEx e-mail and tracking service.
Donor Essays are presented in a question and answer format. The essays are presented in the donor's own handwriting. Essays are available for most California Cryobank donors.
