- How do I purchase donor information?
From the Donor Search Page, select the Key Donor Attributes you are interested in and click Find. A list of matching donors will be displayed. Select the Donor ID to view a detailed description of the donor. From here you can click to Order any information available on that donor. - Do I need an account to purchase donor information?
No account is necessary to purchase donor information. However, the following forms need to be completed and submitted prior to the purchase or release of donor specimens: - How do I review old purchases of donor information?
Login to your Account and you will see a list of all previous purchases. - If I forgot my password, how can I review my previous purchases?
Go to the Account Login page and there you will find a link to get your login/password via email. - At what point can I cancel my order?
At any point before you enter your credit card information. - How do I remove products from my cart?
From the View Cart page click on the remove button. A page displays the cart contents along with a remove button next to each Donor ID. Click on the appropriate remove button. - Is using my credit card online safe?
California Cryobank uses the most advanced encryption technology available. Our server uses 128-bit Secure Socket Layer encryption and a certificate approved by IC Verify. - Can I get tech support over the phone?

You will get your profiles one of three ways:- Viewing them through your browser if you have acrobat extensions
- Downloading them and opening them in Adobe Acrobat
- Calling us at (866) TO-BE-MOM (862-3666) to order by phone. Be sure to ask about the mailing fee.
- What is Adobe Acrobat Reader?
Adobe Reader is a document viewing utility for both MAC and PC. - Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will include a list of profiles purchased, the amount charged to your credit card and an order number. - How long does it take to download?
Each profile is approximately 600k. Download time: approximately 5.5 minutes at 28.8k download time; approximately 4.2 minutes at 33.6k download time; approximately 2 minutes at 56k. - What does "auto fill" mean?
If you purchased from us before, the system will remember you. Enter your login and password and all the fields will automatically be filled in. - I've downloaded a long profile but can't find it. What do I do?
Check your confirmation email and search your hard drive. Go to Start, Search, and then click the All Folders and Files link. Type in the profile name and click Find Now. When the profile appears in the box double click on it.
