Our vial types are created based on the volume, sperm count and motility of the sperm sample. Each type is named for the procedure for which it’s intended (IUI, ICI, IVF or ICSI). Your clinic will confirm that the donor you selected fits your treatment plan, family-building goals, and donor eligibility. We'll work closely with them to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible.

California Cryobank will work with your fertility clinic to arrange shipping.
Your clinic is responsible for the safety of your vials once they arrive.
Even though the average shipping time is four to five business days, California Cryobank recommends allowing two weeks for shipping.
Families in Australia can receive a minimum of 1 year of free storage from California Cryobank.
